AgronetX Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AgronetX LLC (the "Operator") collects, uses, stores, protects and discloses Personal Information of users of the AgronetX Platform.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the AgronetX Terms and Conditions of Use.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that information voluntarily published through announcements complies with applicable law and does not infringe the rights of third parties.

The Operator is not a party to transactions unless expressly stated.

The Operator does not intentionally collect technical information beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Location Information
Region and Village selected by the User. Device location is processed only with the User's permission.
How We Use Information
To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, publish announcements, process applications, enable communications, send notifications, provide support, improve security and functionality, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and prepare anonymous statistical reports.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on consent where applicable, performance of the agreement, legal obligations and the Operator's legitimate interests.
Sharing Information
The Operator does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers, competent authorities or where required by law. Contact information becomes available only according to the Platform's business logic and the Terms and Conditions.
Aggregated Data
The Operator may use anonymized and aggregated information for statistics and service improvement.
